After the prodigious success of the 11^th Edition of FCT-2025 conference in Rome, Italy, United Scientific Group (a non-profit organization) is delighted to invite you all to join and present the latest research works at the 12^th International Conference on Food Chemistry & Technology (FCT-2026), scheduled for October 19-21, 2026 in Valencia, Spain.

The USG’s FCT Annual Conference is a focal point of the food researcher’s community, where chemists, analysts, technologists, scientists, investigators, and young researchers gather to share cutting-edge research and innovations in the field of food science and technology.

We had a very successful conference last year in Rome, Italy, with 150 participants from 35+ countries. It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 12^th edition of our conference, following the remarkable success of the previous meetings held in San Francisco in 2015, Las Vegas in 2016, Baltimore in 2017, Berlin in 2018, Los Angeles in 2019, Virtual in 2020 & 2021, Rome in 2022, Paris in 2023, Valencia in 2024 and Rome in 2025 All editions were great successes.

We are, therefore, committed to matching these standards, the quality of research being presented at the conference, and are preparing for what we are sure will be an exceptional event.
